Northwestern clinched its first ever Big Ten West title with an upset at Iowa


Chalk was the key in Week 11 as there were no upsets in the Top 10 and most of the favorites covered for the weekend.  That did not fair well for me, as I was mainly on underdogs and I ended up having my first losing weekend of the College Football season.  The Trusty Treble had its first 0-3 weekend and it seemed like every spread I had got backdoored in the final minutes.  

Weeks like last weekend happen and you will go through ups and downs in Sports Betting and you can't ever get too high or too low.  During a cold streak, you can't chase games or else you will end up broke.  I have a short memory for the losses and we will go back to the grindstone and look forward to Week 12!

College Football Breakdowns: Michigan vs. Notre Dame

Notre Dame and Michigan play for the first time since 2014, where Notre Dame shut out the Wolverines 31-0.  Michigan holds the all-time series lead 24-17-1 (I included the win Notre Dame had to vacate in 2016).  This year's matchup will be held at Notre Dame Stadium in South Bend. Michigan is coming off a disappointing 8-5 season, while Notre Dame had a solid 10-3 season.  Michigan is returning eight offensive starters and nine defensive starters.  Notre Dame returns six starters on offensive and also returns nine defensive starters.  Both teams have upper echelon defenses and this matchup should be a defensive struggle.
